'This section contains a description of the selection process with some hints and tips on technique. As you've probably picked up from the rest of the site, a vacation scheme is a good way to find out about the firm but it's by no means the only way. Many people apply for training contracts without having been on a vacation scheme here.

'By the time you come to make your application, you should have a good feel for the firm and what we could offer you. If you've invested the time and effort to find out about us, it's worth spending a little more to make sure your application does you justice. The information you give us now will help you secure an interview. We understand the time and effort it takes to complete an application well, but the more you let us know about yourself, the easier it will be for us to determine if we're the right firm for you.
