Simon Branigan is a partner in our Corporate practice, specialising in various areas of corporate, corporate finance and commercial matters. One of Simon’s main clients is the Royal Bank of Scotland, with whom he undertook a client secondment as an associate. Simon also spent time in the Linklaters Madrid office as part of his training.
Mark Middleton is a capital markets specialist with considerable experience in structured finance, credit derivatives, fund-linked products, all types of debt and equity capital raising and the regulatory aspects of the international capital markets. Alongside being a Graduate Recruitment Partner, Mark is Co-Chair of the firm’s Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual Staff Network and is a member of the London office’s Community Investment Committee.
These are practising lawyers but in their role as Graduate Recruitment Partners they are also responsible for recruiting the talent that will take Linklaters forward as the leading global law firm.
