We divide our work into three broad divisions: Corporate;
Finance & Projects; and Commercial. However, in practice we
work on big deals that invariably involve lawyers from many
different practice areas. Many of our lawyers also develop industry
sector expertise through the deals they work on or from client
secondments. This enables them to truly understand the business
needs of our clients. Teams comprising lawyers with the right
mixture of practice and sector skills provide the matrix of
expertise that enables us to handle deals across national
boundaries and multiple jurisdictions. The bottom line for clients
