Welcome from our Graduate Recruitment Partners
“The Graduate Recruitment team meets regularly to discuss what
we have to offer as an employer. The fact is, law firms are not all
the same. On the website and in our brochure, we’ve set out in some
detail what we think makes Linklaters a great place to work. We’ve
tried to explain how our strategy as a firm can help you to achieve
your ambitions as a lawyer. We hope the site will assist you with
deciding whether Linklaters is the right place for you to start
your career.
“One of the attractions is that we do the most complex work for
the world’s most demanding clients. But the recurring theme from
our lawyers is the people. There is an incredible sense of teamwork
at Linklaters. People like working here. We attract individuals
from many different backgrounds but there is a strong sense of
shared ambition that runs through the firm.
“The culture is based on teamwork and meritocracy. We work
together to inspire confidence in colleagues and clients across the
world. We like doing the difficult stuff and we enjoy solving
problems. The spirit of Linklaters is enthusiastic, bold and
entrepreneurial. A key part of our job, as Graduate Recruitment
Partners, is to convey that spirit to you. We hope you’ll sense it
in every contact you have with us – on campus, at interview or
perhaps on a vacation scheme. We look forward to meeting you
soon.”
