Time bank scheme:
With the level and intensity of work we're involved in,
unpredictable hours are often a way of life – but it doesn't go
unnoticed. After four years' service with us, you'll benefit from
our time bank scheme. Through this, we proactively monitor and
review working time, and make sure that associates whose work has
caused most disruption to their lives have the opportunity to take
additional leave.
